This was my SHOULDER FOCUSED PUSH WORKOUT for this morning. I Just started this months routine, and I like to hit a new workout hard! I Typically take a few rest days towards the end of each of my plans to allow my body to fully recover. I cannot stress the importance of these rest days enough! If you haven’t given your body a break in a while, DO IT! You WILL be noticeably stronger. Switch your routine up a bit, come back at full power and kill it!
